Cancellation Policy
Thank you for enrolling in a Left of Str8 Media and Consultings' online course. Below are the policies and procedures for the course. Please check into your course online 5-10 minutes before class is scheduled to begin to check audio connection. Classes are available on both video and audio. You have the option of turning your camera off if you do not want to be seen during the class. You give Left of Str8 Media and Consulting all rights to your images and voice in recorded class sessions, to be used in any future course marketing materials. You will be informed before class begins if it will be recorded, and have the option of disabling your camera and mic. Course Enrollee's have the opportunity for 1 support call each week, and unlimited email support. Course Refund Policy: All Monies for the class is due at time of booking. If after the first class you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the class fee. You must notify us in an email that you are cancelling the class before the second session of the class, and your 50% refund will be returned within 7 business days of your cancellation email confirmation. If you cannot make a class, please send us an email at least 1 hour in advance. If you notify us in that advance window, you will have the option of receiving an email of the written course outline for that class, or if it is being recorded, we will email you a link to the video of the class. LGBTQ Non-Profits are eligible for a 15% course discount on their first course. If your discount did not process with your payment, send us an email and after confirmation, we will refund the discount within 7 business days of the email request. After enrolling in your first class with Left of Str8 Media and Consulting, you will be given a unique discount code to be used on any future class enrollments. This unique code will give you 25% off any future courses after completion of your first course. LGBTQ Non-Profits will receive a 40% discount off any future courses after the completion of your first course. Group Discounts and Course Schedules: If your business, organization or brand would like an exclusive class for only your employees or volunteers, and you book 6-10 participants, we will take 25% off each participants course cost. We can also arrange to have a custom day/time schedule for your group.
